Receptionist is needed for one of the biggest FinTech companies in Egypt to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks who will be the first point of contact for the company.
Responsibilities & duties:
· Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
· Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
· Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
· Receiving and sorting daily mail.
· Handling office correspondence and maintaining its supplies.
· Scheduling meetings for employees.
· Preparing meeting and training rooms.
· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
· Performing various other clerical tasks, including transcribing and filing.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor Degree is a must.
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office kit.
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
