- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other construction personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Monitor and report on project costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain effective communication with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and other documentation.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.Professional certification, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project. Management Professional (PMP).At least 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of overseeing the construction of sports facilities or similar projects.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
