As a Guest Service Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service from arrival to departure. You'll work closely with the Guest Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams.

Responsibilities :

Monitor and manage daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to uphold service quality Oversee inventory management and ordering of guest supplies Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with grace Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
