Job Summary

Commercial Bank Innovation Services is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team under Wealth Management .

Key part of this position is to ensure end-to-end testing of the Wealth Management Platform.

Key Accountabilities

  • Quality Assurance: To ensure the end to end testing cycle is aligned to business requirements. Reviewing and analysing requirements and specifications to enable developing a comprehensive quality and test plan.
  • Test Planning: Ensure test plans are robust and covering the requirement across all scenarios with appropriate test strategy documentation.
  • Test case and test scenario: Responsible for evaluating testing scenarios/ scenarios for functional +ve and -ve testing. Support traceability matrix vis-à-vis functional specification /Business requirement documentation.
  • Product vs System compatibility: Responsible to ensure that delivered UAT environments are aligned to Wealth Products sold by the bank and to ensure that the Wealth advisory process is developed correctly.
  • Quality check test cases and test scenarios based on test basis documents (BRD), wealth product and advisory knowledge, experience or industry standards.
  • Test execution: Responsible for supporting testing, including manual and automated testing, thereafter, analyse the results and then submit observations to the development team. Recording the test evidences on DevOps tool.
  • Defect management: Ensure that testing teams create test-product documentation using DevOps tool and creation of bugs with relevant screenshots, and has to participate in testing related walk through.
  • Responsible in performing post production testing after all project releases.
  • Act as the product champion by providing training of Wealth modules to all potential users of Wealth Management and advisory
  • Develop or exhibit skills to be an end user of the application

Experience: Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field is required. This can include experience with manual testing, automated testing, and using various testing tools and technologies. Previous experience as Relationship Manager or other front line function facing clients is required.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Wealth Advisory / Relationship Manager is preferred. Front-end user of applications
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review and analyze requirements and specifications, and to identify and report defects or issues found during testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Test Management & Automation Tools: Experience in test automation & test management tool (Bugzilla, Jmeter, LoadRunner, Spirateam, Qualitia, HP ALM, DevOps, UFT, Selenium, Scriptless Automation Tools etc).
  • Quality Mindset: A quality-focused mindset and understanding of testing best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuous Learning: A willingness to continuously learn new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Data Privacy: Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent preferred.
  • Good knowledge of wealth management services and products
  • Experience as Relationship Manager or Wealth Advisor
  • Understanding the wealth management and investment product requirements & perform basic analysis.
  • Understand the advisory workflow and system functionalities.
  • Functional certification in Wealth management domain is a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Ability to work with large datasets, perform data mapping, and define data models for wealth management systems.
