Providing strategic advice to the maritime transport department on shipping, transportation, and global logistics. Reviewing all maritime logistics plans and advise on new plans and any requirements to develop an international maritime logistics strategy. Experience in change management, developing strategic goals, and implementing effective plans at a senior levels. Experience within a commercial environment on the management of ports and concession agreements with private terminal operators, the adoption of new technologies, private public partnerships, as well international maritime regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
