Crew Control Training and Recovery Officer

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Crew Training Planning & Qualifications as Crew Control Training & Recovery Officer in Doha. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible to ensure training disruptions for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew are recovered in accordance with QCAA regulations and company requirements. Some of the key responsibilities are: · Perform delegated desk-based duties during the shift / as per laid down CCTR procedures, in order to ensure the required tasks are completed accurately by the end of each shift. · Perform daily checks on Trainer/Trainee rosters to ensure company and regulatory compliance are adhered. · Responsible to schedule training recoveries as recommended by the Fleet Training Management are planned and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. · Perform series of quality audits on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulatory rules of governing the use of trainers and trainees. · Responsible to ensure the vacant slot of the trainee/instructor is filled in compliance with company and QCAA regulatory requirements. · Monitoring training plans and ongoing compliance, make appropriate changes to crew rosters or escalate any issues to the relevant Fleet Training Management. · Ensure optimum use of training instructors to maximize the productivity of instructors towards benefit of the training. · Ensure Crew notifications of training changes are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner for their further planning and action. Qualifications About You Dynamic and competent candidate to join the team must possess the following: · Qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential with minimum 3+ years of job-related experience · Work experience in Flight Operations crew resource related role is desirable, especially training of crew. · Multi skilled ensuring all parameters are followed during the management of disruption to any training activities. · Knowledge of regulatory requirements. · Knowledge of crew management and training planning systems. · Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel) applications Application Guidelines: Internal employees must submit applications through internal vacancies portal (via GEMS) only.
