SALES COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Team in all upcoming tasks within Commercial Strategy but also beyond
  2. To ensure that Mandarin Oriental, Doha's grooming and appearance standards are implemented and maintained to reflect an image of professionalism and care
  3. Adhere to the established conference and events sales administration, client history and tracing system within the department
  4. Provide customers with prompt service to fulfill their need within our operational capabilities
  5. Responsible for an organized filing system
  6. Generate reports when requested and within the specified time
  7. Participate in familiarization visits and entertain as and when required
  8. Liaise with and provide up-to-date hotel information to in-house guests, the local community and MOHG on request

Requirements:

• Senior school qualifications • Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management • Minimum of one year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment in an administrative sales role • Must be excellent in using computer and well versed in all computer applications • Detail oriented a must • Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
