  • This involves Project Charter development, Statements of Work development, resource management and risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Acting as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit integrated project activities demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI).
  • Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and works to improve simulator project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
