Job Summary
To supervise and oversee the Trade Finance team as well as the trade finance transactions & services.
Job Responsibilities 1
Supervises the Trade Finance team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of expected tasks.
Manages and oversees the trade finance reports (e.g., facility limits, utilization, and exposure) on a daily basis.
Handles any point of escalations related to the processes in Trade Finance
Ensures timely and safe handling of Trade Finance Instruments’ transactions, in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits.
Ensures that Trade instruments received/issued are in compliance with Group Treasury Policies and Procedures.
Ensures that transaction details are recorded to the General Ledger and the Banks Letter of Credit system
Conducts relationships that will enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
Acts as the liaison with Accountants, customers, and correspondent banks to settle all related documents.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum total 10 years of experience
3 years of departmental experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pubic Administration or business administration, and other related field
