Field Supervisor

Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB This role assumes ultimate ownership of all data collection activities in the field and ensures that all Field Interviewers carry out assigned projects according to standard operating procedures, specified methodology and project requirements. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and motivating a team of Interviewers. Responsible for the continual supervision and improvement of all field activities, with a focus on quality standards, cost efficiencies and on-time, on-budget project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the successful completion of field work for assigned projects, meeting quality, timeliness, and financial objectives Identify and resolve field quality issues and drive continuous improvement Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with data collection methodology for assigned projects Monitor field work completion, investigate issues, provide robust analysis, and identify potential risks to field work quality Ensure timely and appropriate communication with field team and/or vendors. Implement corrective actions based on issue identification and root cause analysis Use systems and/or tools to track data and identify fluctuations A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU You are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment, build strong engagement with key partners and excel in stakeholder management. You work in organized and efficient manner with high utilization of your and team s time as well as optimal utilization of operations resources. You have a can-do attitude, you are self-motivated, have negotiating skills and you are a great communicator. You work collaboratively and are part of a remote team within a dynamic and challenging environment, while maintaining high standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications • Strong communication skills • Solid data analysis skills. • English language skills, both written and verbal. Arabic language along with English is preferred. • Problem solving skills with focus on root cause analysis • Proficiency in local language(s), both written and verbal • Team management skills • Excellent time management / prioritization skills
