• Perform chassis repairs and alignment using special equipment such as “Car-O-Liner”.
• Follow the quality control inspection and correcting faulty workmanship which falls below standard.
• Carry out major repairs as structural panel replacement example; Quarter panels, chassis, spare wheel; compartment; center pillar etc.…
• Support service advisor / Team Leader in the preparation of estimates and proper repair order write up.
• Operate and maintain all types of welding machines available.
• Follow up on the quality control inspection and corrective measures to be taken and have been put in place.
• Perform accurate diagnosis and repair procedure to effect in productivity and efficiency improvement.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and inspect / monitor work.
• Give highest importance­ to HSE and good housekeeping practices.
• Carry out fabrication work as and when needed.
• Carry out aluminum repairs and replacement of structural aluminum panels.
• Repair plastic panels to the highest quality and finishing standards.
• Operate all kinds of tools and equipment in body shop denting section.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of PDR

Skills

• Dealership Experience (3-5 Years)
• Knowledge of various welding techniques like spot welding, tungsten arc welding, etc.
• A knowledgeable individual who knows how to repair and fix the doors, bumpers, and other body parts.
• A talented professional with relevant knowledge of routine measuring and adjustment procedures.
• Ability to fix and repair any loose car doors, bumpers, etc.
• Strong team player & able to produce excellent standard.
• Understand and speaks English.
