Project Manager – Aruba Network Solution

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Aruba Networks projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Aruba Networks Expertise:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Aruba Networks products and solutions, including wireless LAN, wired networking, security, and management tools.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Aruba technologies and industry trends.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with network engineers, administrators, and other team members.

Implementation and Configuration:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of Aruba Networks equipment and software.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with Aruba Networks projects.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure project success.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for the procurement of necessary hardware, software, and services.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes for the reliability and performance of Aruba Networks solutions.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and post-implementation reports.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Provide training to end-users and support teams on Aruba Networks solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer for ongoing support and maintenance.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in networking projects with a focus on Aruba Networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aruba Networks products and technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
