  • Responsibilities:
    Contribution to the orientation by preparing and presenting
  • Controlling and updating the main employee list report with their important personal information
  • Keep proper update records for the training courses
  • Maintain the employee's files and all the files correspondence & maintain documentation relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluation ) with paying close attention to the confidentiality
  • Contribution to the updates of the HR forms and job descriptions.
  • Effective follow up the appraisal process (yearly appraisal )
  • Proper Achieve to the designated admin tasks (termination, resignation, all related documents, joining procedures, committees work & Indicators…..etc.)
  • Arranging the requirements for the new employees (open new file, advanced payments, orientation )
  • Preparing the required indicators for the HR department.
