Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Watch Specialist & Sales Advisor located in Doha. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Luxury Watch Specialist & Sales Advisor to join our prestigious boutique team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a refined understanding of luxury timepieces, and the ability to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that reflects the heritage and values of luxury watchmaking. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepieces, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales experience
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
- Present and explain luxury watches, highlighting features, craftsmanship, complications, and brand history with precision and elegance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop long-term client relationships and maintain a strong client book through CRM tools, follow-ups, and VIP clienteling strategies.
- Keep up to date with new launches, collections, and industry trends.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth-running boutique and achieve store performance goals.
- Handle after-sales services including sizing, repairs, and special orders with care and follow-up.
- Protect the integrity and confidentiality of customer data and boutique operations.
- Sales experience and Training skills
- Strong attention to detail and product knowledge
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
- Experience in luxury retail or watch industry is a plus
- Fluency in French and Arabic is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
