Sector: Renewable Energy Location: Saudi Arabia Salary Package: SAR 50,000- 55,000 per month The role requires a Operations manager based in Saudi Arabia looking after a portfolio of solar & wind facilities Supervise and manage the daily operations of the plant. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient energy production and operational excellence. Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities to maximize system uptime. Oversee repairs and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Lead and manage a skilled operations team, providing guidance and support. Conduct training programs to enhance the team’s technical skills and knowledge. Generate regular reports on plant performance, including energy production, downtime, and maintenance activities. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and energy off-takers. Communicate effectively with relevant teams to ensure seamless operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Preferable in electrical discipline Proven experience in the operations and maintenance of solar PV or Solar CSP or Wind projects, preferably with a focus on large-scale. Strong technical understanding of solar power systems and associated equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the renewable energy sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
