Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary The Sales Executive in retail promotes products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service. Job Responsibilities 1 EnsurE that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service. Complete sales transactions on the POS and manage cash. Build strong relation with the customers and offering new products and promotional items. CompletE each transaction in a quick and efficient manner. Greet each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner. Identify customer requirements Job Responsibilities 2 Prepare merchandise for display. Assist customers with purchase decisions. Assist in physical inventory counts. Implement all visual merchandising standards. Set up merchandise on the sales floor. Make sure that customers receive receipts on all purchases. Help customers try on or fit merchandise. Watch out for loss prevention through leakage and theft. Skills Job Knowledge & Skills Ability to collaborate and work successfully with others Self-Motivated and driven by targets Resilience Strong communication skills The ability to influence and negotiate with others. Commercial awareness. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
