Job Summary
Selling complex scientific and technological products/ services. Maintain substantial knowledge of the functions and components of the products or services and assist in parts where technical expertise will be needed to respond to the clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities 1
Recruit and train new sales staff members and assign specific tasks to sales staff.
Monitor the team's sales performance.
Solve customer complaints and answer their questions.
Write reports to senior managers.
Sell store's products and services to maximize sales.

Stock shelves, set up displays, ring up merchandise and sales, and perform cleaning duties.
Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and assist them to solve customer-related problems.
Maintain inventory and fill out paperwork.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Motivate the sales staff and create a healthy atmosphere among staff members

• Problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. Good teamwork skills.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 7 years of total experience.
4 years of industry-related experience.
Minimum 2 years in GCC.
