  1. Achieve Individual Sales targets for Point of Sales Devices, Payment gateway and other Company Services.
  2. Achieve targets for Transaction count and Transaction value through ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues.


  1. Visit the customers at their convenience either at their office / residence to market the products and obtain complete documentation.
  2. Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with customers to achieve goals/objectives.

  5. Produce customer leads using a variety of methods.
  6. Implementing processes that drive sales.
  7. Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Sales Manager.
  8. Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance or related is required.

Min. 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Banking Sales (Outdoor Sales)


Strong English communication skills  

Presentation skills


Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. 

Experience in customer relationship management. 

Experience in the banking industry is preferred
