Job Purpose
• The Business Lead supports all aspects of the business division such as project controls, planning, contracts, procurement, and subcontracts. Monitors and analyses EPC Contractor’s performance providing advice where necessary to make certain the Company’s objectives are achieved and supports stakeholder’s and shareholder’s requirements.
Key Accountabilities
(Duties include but not limited to)
• Supports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables.
• Assess and analyse EPC Contractor’s project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting.
• Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports).
• Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders’ requirements (presentations, reports, etc).
• Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts.
• Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.
• Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.
Skills
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore plants and/or LNG plants.
• Team player, flexible and experienced of working in a diverse team environment.
