  • Provide expert-level support in human resources processes within the medical sector.

  • Offer guidance and recommendations to optimize processes and enhance quality assurance measures.

  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and tools tailored to meet the needs of medical professionals and staff.

  • Take the lead in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing results.

  • Collaborate with management to make informed decisions based on KPI analysis.

  • Support HR leadership in aligning departmental operations with organizational objectives.

  • Promote best practices in HR management within the medical sector.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in departmental operations, policies, and procedures.

  • Develop systematic approaches to compile and analyze data for reports and special projects.

  • Represent the department in senior meetings and forums, ensuring compliance with organizational reporting systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality standards for sensitive medical information.

  • Undertake any other related duties as directed to contribute effectively to HR functions in the medical sector.

Skills

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human Resources or a related stream relevant to the role.

  • CIPD / SHRM / PHR/ SPHR is a plus


Experience



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with minimum of 3 years in health sector.

  • Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR Trends

  • High level of Computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office
