Job Description:

• -Managing Admin role of training and competency of candidates.
• Training delivery of multiple Safety modules to a mass of 200 people at a time for several days.
• Track training status of candidates (Contractor + Staff) and ensuring training completion.
• Communicate with Training focal point to get the data and mark on passports.
• Manage the Safety Center booth progress and monitoring quality.
• Compile data of training completion for site access & Passport & Sticker issuance.
• Site safety walks and unsafe act / conditions reporting during PROJECT execution window.
• Rotation shifts of work (Night shift / Day shift).
• Coordinating delivery of Stand down message to mass of PROJECT workers in Toolbox Talks.
• Analyze unsafe entries from Dashboard and reporting.
• Support onboarding of contractor and staff.

Skills

• Candidate Competencies: -HSSE Professional – Science Graduate or Diploma on HSSE (NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added value).
• Ability to speak, understand & write in English and Hindi.
• Ability to deliver Training to a large mass of people in English / Hindi.
• Computer proficiency on MS Office.
• Minimum work experience – 10 years
• Previous Turnaround experience will be added advantage.
• Ability to work with Multinational Cultural people.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
