Job Summary

 The Creative Director will improve the overall quality of group communication content and increase organizations engagement across all communications platforms. Develop strategy in identifying best practices and develop new systems/process/tools for complex integrated client projects.

Job Responsibilities 1

Leads multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error.

Ensures processes are in place so that great work (emphasis on the “great”) is produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Oversees design team, and provides art direction on all design projects, both print and digital.

Elaborates and implements a comprehensive organizational communication strategy, with strong focus on innovative ideas to refine social media outreach and strategy to grow followers, increase engagement and optimize user experience.

Ensures compliance to the accepted rules on consent forms, parental permissions and special permissions for the young, vulnerable or those in any legal process, the protection of copyright and against defamation of individuals or organisations. Develops team ideas and solutions from concept through design implementation into print deliverables and online graphics, collaborating with relevant team members, thinking creatively to provide design that brings documents to life.

Delivers in accordance with the brand guidelines following agreed processes, timelines and budget to achieve all objectives and targets and work towards meeting the organization objectives.

Develops, implements, and manages project scoping, planning/scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, and building project timelines.

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Supervising, mentoring, motivating, and monitoring the performance of the creative team in order to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations

Keep abreast of emerging design trends and technologies and share learnings with the team.

Cultivate productive relationships with department, account teams and staff.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing conceptsKnowledge of digital print production techniques and materials plus experience of management of and negotiation with external agencies in deliverables.Strong understanding of social media best practices maintain a solid working knowledge of all creative mediums and seek to continually learn what is on the horizon in terms of new programs and technologies that can enhance or improve the creative work.Fluency in English written and spoken

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
