Skills
Requirements
3 years Full-Time Degree or 2 years Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety
• Chartered member of IOSH, NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health / and technical Dive / ROV qualifications
• 8 to 10 years experience Minimum in an HSEQ role in a field related to Offshore, Diving, and ROV operations
• High degree of understanding of diving equipment, and operations (air and saturation)
• High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations
• Significant knowledge of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines IADC, API, and Behavioral Safety Mentoring Safety Cases
• Valid Qatar driving license
– Preferred Root Cause Analysis Certification
– Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO accreditation framework
– Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher
