Job Details

Role & responsibilities Plan and execute thermographic inspections for buildings, civil structures, and infrastructure projects. Perform infrared thermal surveys to detect moisture intrusion, water leakage, insulation defects, delamination, and structural anomalies. Inspect roofs, faades, walls, concrete structures, flooring systems, and building envelopes using thermal imaging equipment. Analyze thermal images and prepare professional inspection reports with findings and recommendations. Operate, calibrate, and maintain thermographic cameras and related inspection tools. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and site engineers to ensure timely project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and industry standards. Maintain inspection records, technical documentation, and project reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of infrared thermography for civil and building inspections. Hands-on experience with thermal imaging cameras (FLIR, Fluke, Hikmicro, Testo, or equivalent). Understanding of building defects, moisture detection, insulation assessment, and structural condition monitoring. Ability to interpret thermal images and prepare technical reports. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and thermographic reporting software.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Level I or Level II Infrared Thermography Certification. 2-5 years of experience in thermographic inspections, building diagnostics, or civil infrastructure inspections. Experience in construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects.
