1. Develop handover management plan, and check lists for the project
2. Approach different governmental authorities for handover of the project and collect their clearances.
3. Has specific responsibility to plan for and coordinate with PWA O & M departments / Assets affairs to get their approval for the completed works during construction and at testing on completion stage.
4. Ensure project hand over record, road safety audit issues, submitting a health & safety file (manuals, record sheets, as built drawings, warranties & certificates, testing and commissioning documents, and specified quality records)
5. Maintain up to date Hand over plans and schedule.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 14 years post-graduation experience
• Extensive experience in handling and compilation of handover documentation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Handover Engineer/Coordinator
• Proven experience working on Ashghal (PWA) RPD projects
• Consultancy background is preferred
• MMUP certification is required

3. لديه مسؤولية محددة في التخطيط والتنسيق مع أقسام التشغيل والصيانة/شؤون الأصول في PWA للحصول على موافقتهم على الأعمال المكتملة أثناء البناء وفي مرحلة الاختبار عند الاكتمال.
4. ضمان سجل تسليم المشروع، وقضايا تدقيق السلامة على الطرق، وتقديم ملف الصحة والسلامة (الكتيبات، أوراق السجلات، الرسومات كما بُنيت، الضمانات والشهادات، وثائق الاختبار والتشغيل، والسجلات النوعية المحددة)
5. الحفاظ على خطط التسليم المحدثة والجدول الزمني.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها
• 14 عامًا من الخبرة بعد التخرج
• خبرة واسعة في معالجة وتنسيق وثائق التسليم.
• الحد الأدنى 10 سنوات خبرة كمهندس/منسق تسليم
• خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع أشغال (PWA) RPD
• يفضل وجود خلفية استشارية
• مطلوب شهادة MMUP
