- Safely operate a delivery vehicle while adhering to traffic laws and company policies, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any vehicle issues promptly.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and other tools to optimize delivery routes, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and maintain product integrity during transport.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, ensuring a foundational level of education and literacy.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating responsibility and safety behind the wheel.
- Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role, showcasing familiarity with delivery processes and customer service.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns, enabling quicker and more efficient deliveries.
