Role Purpose :Lead the transformation of the Private Banking business by converting privatebanking deposits into active investment relationships, increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), growing investment revenue, and capturing cross-borderwealth flows through the bank’s international footprint. The role is responsible for leveraging the bank’s presence in key wealth-generating markets, particularly India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, to attractand onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worthindividuals (UHNWIs) into the bank’s Qatar and Switzerland, and otherinternational relevant booking centers. The incumbent will define the privatebanking growth strategy, enhance advisory capabilities, strengthen productofferings, and build a differentiated wealth proposition to increase market share and client wallet penetration.
Experience :1. 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management,Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation.2. Experience supporting wealth management or advisory initiatives preferred.3. Exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments and investment products isadvantageous.
Profile :1. Strong understanding of Private Banking, investment products, and wealthadvisory models.2. Experience in client analytics, segmentation, and business requirementsgathering.3. Knowledge of portfolio advisory, wealth lending, and digital wealth capabilities.4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.5. Experience supporting growth and transformation initiatives.6. Based in Qatar.7. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
