Group Executive Chef

Minimum 10–12 years' progressive culinary leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a multi-outlet or multi-brand Executive Chef role. Proven experience managing diverse, multi-generational kitchen teams in the GCC; demonstrated ability to earn the respect of senior, experienced chefs. Deep, hands-on expertise in South Asian cuisine , first-hand command of South Asian technique is essential to lead both kitchens and earn the respect of their teams. Track record of recipe standardization, COGS control, and menu costing at scale. Experience contributing to or leading franchise/replication readiness (SOP authorship, training systems) strongly preferred. Formal culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, WACS-recognized diploma or equivalent). Working knowledge of Qatar/GCC food safety and municipality requirements.
