Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Coordinator to act as the key liaison between our business partners in China and our clients in Qatar. The ideal candidate will coordinate procurement, logistics, customer communications, and business operations while supporting the delivery of our products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners in China.

• Liaise with clients in Qatar regarding products and services.

• Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, price negotiations, and order follow-up.

• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including shipments, freight, customs documentation, and delivery tracking.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

• Translate and communicate technical and commercial information between Chinese, Arabic, and English-speaking stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer orders and projects.

• Maintain procurement, logistics, and customer records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 3 to 10 years of experience in business coordination, procurement, logistics, supply chain, trading, customer service, or sales support.

• Experience in procurement and international logistics, especially imports from China, is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and general business applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Chinese, Arabic, and English is mandatory. Applicants who are not fluent in both Chinese and Arabic will not be considered.
