DESIGN & PROJECT COORDINATOR (INTERIOR DESIGN & FIT-OUT) We are looking for a motivated and creative professional to represent our company, build strong client relationships and manage projects from concept to completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMeet clients, understand their requirements and provide professional consultancy. Prepare mood boards, concept designs, and presentations. Coordinate with the design team and develop proposals. Take off quantities, prepare BOQs and price projects. Select materials, finishes, fixtures and furnishings. Coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals with consultants and site team. Follow up on execution, site visits and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors. Support business development and contribute to company growth. REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design / fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation and material selection. Proficiency in Auto CAD, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Revit and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSValid Driving License is a MUST. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
