Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities Beauty Consultations: Listen to client preferences and assess their skin type or hair condition to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and colors. Skin Care & Makeup: Perform facials, exfoliation treatments, and apply professional makeup for daily wear or special events. Hair Care: Wash, cut, style, and color hair, as well as provide scalp treatments. Nail Care: Provide manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and nail art. Hair Removal: Perform waxing, threading, or other temporary/permanent hair removal methods. Product Sales: Educate clients on at-home skincare regimens and cross-sell professional beauty products. Salon Maintenance: Keep the workstation and tools immaculately clean and properly sterilized according to health and safety standards. Customer Administration: Book appointments, manage walk-ins, process payments, and maintain updated client records regarding treatments

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and customer service
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Certification: Formal training or certification from an accredited cosmetology or beauty therapy institution.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cosmetic products, skin conditions, and beauty trends.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build client loyalty and make customers feel comfortable.
• Dexterity: Steady hands, good hand-eye coordination, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods
