Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Support the end-to-end execution of strategy, business transformation, and corporate governance engagements.

  • PMO Management: Drive PMO activities including project tracking, timeline monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality, executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates, and strategic business recommendations.

  • Data & Insights

    : Conduct structured business analysis, analyze data, and build performance reports to optimize operational processes and support executive decision-making.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and manage project plans, roadmaps, and status reports, leveraging Power BI and Advanced Excel.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align project objectives and drive successful implementation.

  • Change Management: Contribute directly to organizational change management and business improvement initiatives.
