We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide end-to-end, strategic and confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is an elite, high-impact role suited to a seasoned professional with proven experience in exceptional judgment, and the ability to operate at Board and C‑suite level with discretion and authority.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with impeccable communication skills and a polished executive presence. She will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling seamless decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the CEO’s primary gatekeeper, managing complex calendars, priorities, and confidential communications with absolute discretion.
Provide strategic administrative support, including preparation of Board packs, executive briefs, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate high-level meetings with Board members, regulators, senior banking executives, and key external stakeholders.
Manage domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, and protocol requirements to executive standards.
Handle sensitive information related to governance, compliance, financial performance, and regulatory matters.
Liaise effectively with internal leadership teams, ensuring follow-through on CEO directives and critical action items.
Support Board and Committee activities, including agenda planning, minutes (as required), and secure documentation handling.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively resolving issues and ensuring operational continuity.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.

Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience as an Executive PA / Senior Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or equivalent within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of corporate environment, regulatory sensitivity, and executive governance.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
