Job Summary
We are looking for an
energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager
to oversee the daily operations of
Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar
.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a
relaxed yet exceptional guest experience
. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with
minimum 4 years’ experience
in Food & Beverage,
with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.
Core Responsibilities
Managing Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met
Support operations on the floor during busy periods
Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs
Leading the Team
Lead, motivate, and develop a
young and dynamic team
Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve team performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Guest Experience
Deliver a
friendly, engaging, and memorable guest experience
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Continuously look for ways to enhance service and guest satisfaction
Be present on the floor and actively interact with guests
People & Performance
Set clear expectations and monitor team performance
Support training and development initiatives
Promote a culture of recognition, respect, and teamwork
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in cost control, inventory, and basic financial management
Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations
Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
