Roles & Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern
Build AI-powered internal tools and prototypes using Microsoft Copilot and Claude Code turning high-level ideas into working software in days
- Benchmark and evaluate LLM agents and AI copilots for use in insurance-specific workflows (claims triage, policy issuance, customer onboarding, document processing)
- Automate repetitive operations across the SDLC coding, testing, documentation, review using agentic frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to identify automation opportunities within the retail insurance and ecosystem platforms
- Create live demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work with security and compliance teams to ensure AI tools meet Qatar Central Bank and Group IT governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Comfortable building with AI tools and iterating fast you prefer prompting and prototyping over 10-page specs
- Curious about insurance, fintech, or ecosystem products and how AI can transform them
- Able to communicate ideas clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders
- Bonus: experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or automation tools
