Roles & Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor ( Civil Maintenance & Construction )

• Specializes in cost estimation and quantity take-offs for projects.
• Analyzes drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost breakdowns.
• Works closely with suppliers and subcontractors to get updated market prices.
• Provides technical and commercial input to support bidding decisions.
• Reviews tender documents, scope of work, and client requirements
