We are currently seeking experienced AC / HVAC Technicians to join our Maintenance Department as part of our continued service expansion and operational development. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning and HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across residential projects.
Job Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems, including split units, package units, and central systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary corrective actions. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity. Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for proper system installation and servicing. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other technicians to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications: Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related technical field. 2–5 years of experience as an AC / HVAC Technician in maintenance or installation. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures in HVAC operations.
