Job Description We are currently looking for Private Banking Business Analyst for our Qatar operations Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, preferably within a highly rated international bank. - Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management initiatives, and digital transformation projects within the banking sector. Required Special Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English. - Good interpersonal and presentation skills. - Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices. - Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives. - Personal integrity and self-management. - Planning, organising, and analytical ability. - Results oriented. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management. - Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills. - Good understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities. - Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
