About the Role Tulips & Truffle is looking for a talented and creative Florist / Floral Designer to join our team. We’re looking for someone with strong floral design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating elegant, high-end arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Create premium floral arrangements, bouquets, boxes, and custom designs* Work with fresh flowers and ensure proper handling, conditioning, and storage* Develop creative designs according to customer requirements and brand aesthetics* Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and finishing* Prepare floral orders for daily deliveries, events, and special occasions* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace* Monitor flower stock and minimize wastage* Assist with seasonal collections, campaigns, and new product designs
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of professional florist experience* Strong knowledge of flowers, foliage, colors, and floral techniques* Excellent attention to detail and presentation* Creative mindset with a good sense of luxury aesthetics* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines* Experience with premium/luxury floral arrangements is an advantage* Good communication and teamwork skills* Portfolio of previous work is preferred
