Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.12+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer on major construction or infrastructure projects. Proven experience across project types such as buildings, roads/infrastructure is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; strong MS Excel, Word, Power Point and ideally Power BI. Solid understanding of CPM scheduling, EVM, forensic delay analysis, and FIDIC-based contract/claims processes. PMP (PMI) or equivalent project management certification preferred. Prior experience in Qatar/GCC market and valid Qatar driving license preferred. Strong written and spoken English; strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. Key Competencies Strategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator able to present technical information clearly to management and clients
