Master’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.
Minimum 18-20 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8-10 years in senior leadership or management positions.
Strong and proven experience in contract and procurement management for major engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.
Hands-on experience in tender preparation, procurement processes, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract award activities.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in FIDIC contract administration and management.
Experience working on multiple mega projects, preferably government, infrastructure, transportation, or major building developments.
Professional certifications such as PMP, MCIPS/CIPS, Contract Management, Claims Management, Arbitration/Dispute Resolution, Lean Six Sigma, RICS (MRICS/FRICS), CPP, CPPM, or other internationally recognized procurement and contract management certifications are highly preferred
