Responsibilities
Operation & Monitoring: Operate and monitor central chiller plants, including water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.
System Control: Adjust operating parameters, monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks, lubrication, and cleaning of chiller components.
Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose faults, carry out minor repairs, and escalate major issues to maintenance teams.
Safety Compliance: Follow HSE protocols, refrigerant handling procedures, and lockout-tagout systems.
Energy Efficiency: Monitor energy consumption and recommend measures to improve efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs, operational records, and maintenance reports.
Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, system failures, and ensure continuity of cooling operations.
Coordination: Work closely with HVAC engineers and facility managers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in chiller operation and maintenance.

كفاءة الطاقة: مراقبة استهلاك الطاقة وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة.
التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اليومية والسجلات التشغيلية وتقارير الصيانة.
الاستجابة الطارئة: الاستجابة لإشعارات الإنذار، فشل النظام، وضمان استمرارية عمليات التبريد.
التنسيق: العمل عن كثب مع مهندسي التكييف والتهوية وتدفئة والمناطق الإدارية لضمان تشغيل المحطة بسلاسة.
دبلوم / ITI في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو HVAC.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في تشغيل المبردات وصيانتها.
