We are seeking an experienced Vessel Lead (DP2 Workboat) to represent the Company onboard Diving Support Vessels (DSV) and Cable Lay Vessels (CLV), ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-compliant execution of offshore subsea construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Company Site Representative (CSR) onboard DSV/CLV vessels.
Serve as the primary interface between Company, Contractors, Offshore Construction Managers, and vessel crews.
Monitor offshore construction activities to ensure compliance with Company procedures, specifications, risk assessments, and execution plans.
Coordinate and manage SIMOPS, PTW activities, and operational interfaces within proximity to Company offshore assets.
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and offshore decision-making.
Lead offshore execution teams in a multicultural environment.
Ensure Diving and ROV equipment certifications, audits, and close-out actions are completed and maintained.
Oversee marine vessel operations and ensure compliance with Company marine requirements.
Issue ePTWs and act as Company Area Operator for assigned marine vessels.
Provide daily progress updates and operational reports to the Onshore PMT.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
Mandatory Certifications
✔ OPITO T-BOSIET
✔ OPITO H2S
✔ IMCA Dive Supervisor Certificate
✔ Valid Offshore Medical (Preferred) Experience Requirements
✅ Minimum 15 years offshore installation experience
✅ Minimum 5 years experience as:
- Offshore Construction Manager
- Company Site Representative (CSR)
- DSV Superintendent
✅ Minimum
5 years experience as:- Diver
- Air Dive Supervisor
- Saturation Dive Supervisor
✅ Strong experience onboard:
- Diving Support Vessels (DSV)
- Cable Lay Vessels (CLV)
- DP2 Vessels
✅ Experience in:
- Offshore construction
- Subsea installation
- Diving operations
- ROV operations
- Vessel management
- SIMOPS
- PTW systems
✅ Experience with offshore installation of subsea structures and offshore facilities
✅ Working knowledge of lifting, rigging, marine safety, and offshore construction standards

نحن نسعى للحصول على قائد سفينة (زورق عمل DP2) ذو خبرة ليُمثل الشركة على متن سفن دعم الغوص (DSV) وسفن وضع الكابلات (CLV)، لضمان تنفيذ آمن وكفؤ ووفق المعايير في أنشطة الإنشاء تحت البحر خارج الساحل.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
العمل كـ ممثل موقع الشركة (CSR) على متن سفن DSV/CLV.
العمل كواجهة رئيسية بين الشركة والمتعاقدين ومديري الإنشاءات البحرية وطاقم السفينة.
مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاء البحري لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة والمواصفات وتقييمات المخاطر وخطط التنفيذ.
تنسيق وإدارة أنشطة SIMOPS وPTW والتقاطعات التشغيلية بالقرب من أصول الشركة البحرية.
دعم الاستجابة للحوادث، واستكشاف الأخطاء، واتخاذ القرار البحري.
قيادة فرق التنفيذ البحري في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
ضمان حصول معدات الغوص وROV على الاعتمادات والتدقيقات والإجراءات الختامية مكتملة ومُحافظة عليها.
الإشراف على عمليات السفن البحرية والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات البحرية الخاصة بالشركة.
إصدار ePTWs والعمل كعامل منطقة الشركة للسفن البحرية المُكلفَّة.
تقديم تحديثات تقدم يومية وتقارير تشغيلية لفريق الإدارة على اليابسة.
