We are looking for an MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, performing quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with suppliers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for MEP projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. 3 5 years of experience in MEP estimation and tendering. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
