We are currently looking Voice & Unified Communications our Qatar operations.
Skills:
Unified Communications Administration
Manage Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX, PCCE, Unity, Expressway, Webex Calling).
Configure dial plans, SIP trunks, gateways, voicemail, and call flows.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support . Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise telephony and communication systems.
Manage IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, PRI circuits, and telecom gateways.
Support telecom services across branches, data centers, and corporate offices.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

المهارات:
إدارة الاتصالات الموحدة
إدارة منصات Cisco UC (CUCM، UCCX، PCCE، Unity، Expressway، Webex Calling).
تكوين خطط الاتصال، غرف SIP، البوابات، البريد الصوتي، وتدفقات المكالمات.
درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب/الاتصالات.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دعم أنظمة الاتصالات. وجود خبرة في المؤسسات المالية يعتبر ميزة.
تثبيت، تكوين، وصيانة أنظمة الهاتف والاتصالات المؤسسية.
إدارة IP-PBX، VoIP، غرف SIP، دوائر PRI، وبوابات الاتصالات.
دعم خدمات الاتصالات عبر الفروع، مراكز البيانات، والمكاتب الرئيسية.
