Responsible for leading and providing managerial support to Lead/Sr. Commissioning Engineers, OV Disciplines Engineers, Disciplines Technicians in coordination with Project Team and Contractors to ensure consistent and standardized execution of Project design, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for Operational Area (VO) Projects in accordance with approved Procedures, Guidelines, Engineering Design, Safety & Environmental Standards/Specifications and Scope of Work. Responsible to ensure Operational Area Asset Owners are fully ready to assume ownership of the asset at the point of delivery/handover, and that they are able to operate and maintain that asset in a safe, reliable and sustainable manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline, minimum 15 years' experience in operations, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up of oil & gas processing and production facilities (Onshore/Offshore), preferably with International reputable Oil & Gas Operating Company with at least 8 years as commissioning management position.
• Exposure with Project, Engineering and EPIC contracting companies is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Work experience in the Arabian Gulf Countries is desirable.
• Good IT and analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
