New opportunity for a QSR experienced Operations Manager with this established specialty quick service restaurant group based in Qatar.
About:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing & managing the day-to-day operations of multiple branches across Qatar. The role will include monitoring, guiding, & supporting Area Managers & Restaurant Managers ensuring operational excellence, consistency, profitability, customer satisfaction, & compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- GCC or Middle East preferred
- Proven experience in managing multi-unit restaurant, café, or food & beverage operations.
- Strong experience in leading & monitoring Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, or Branch Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent operational standards across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, people-management, communication, & problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of operational performance management, cost control, customer experience, & quality standards.
Salary: QAR 16000 All-inclusive

المتطلبات:
- يفضل وجود خبرة في GCC أو الشرق الأوسط
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مطاعم متعددة الوحدات، مقهى، أو عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات
- خبرة قوية في قيادة ومتابعة مديري المناطق، مديري المطاعم، أو مديري الفروع
- القدرة على الحفاظ على معايير تشغيلية متسقة عبر مواقع متعددة
- قيادة قوية، إدارة الأشخاص، مهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات
- معرفة قوية بإدارة الأداء التشغيلي، مراقبة التكاليف، تجربة العملاء، ومعايير الجودة
الراتب: 16000 ريال قطري شامل جميع البدلات
