Role Description The Real Estate Agent (Commission Based) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The agent will identify and list properties, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating offers and contracts in line with company and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and staying informed about market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. The agent will represent Abaad in a professional manner, consistently working to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
Relevant Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices. Proven experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing deals. Solid Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and meet performance targets. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and strong interpersonal communication. Familiarity with the Doha and wider Qatari real estate market is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation. Proficiency in basic digital tools and real estate CRM systems; Arabic and English language skills are an advantage. Ability to work on a commission-based structure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
