Role Overview We are looking for an Arabic Speaking Recruiter with a strong background in candidate sourcing. This role is primarily focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across Arabic-speaking markets, with minimal involvement in onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities Source high-quality candidates through Linked In, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English Partner with hiring managers to understand sourcing requirements and target profiles Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports Engage candidates proactively and build long-term relationships Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor activity Support employer branding initiatives through talent outreach
Skills & Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in recruitment with strong focus on sourcing Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory) Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, Bayt etc.) Strong candidate engagement and networking skills Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
