AV Designer / AV Solution Developer
We are looking for an experienced AV Designer / AV Solution Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Lead AV shop drawing preparation and submissions. Review tender documents, specifications, and RFQs. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Develop detailed AV system schematics and technical designs. Provide technical support and coordination with project teams. Prepare design progress reports and drawing logs. Review technical proposals and delegated design reviews. Mentor design engineers and draughtsmen. Deliver technical training to internal teams. Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.5–7+ years of AV system design experience with a system integrator or AV consultancy. Strong knowledge of professional AV systems, signal flow, and system integration. Hands-on experience with Auto CAD, Revit, Visio, and design documentation. Experience with DSP and control systems such as Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, or AMX. AVIXA CTS-D certification is highly preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
